What kind of appliances does Fast Appliances sell?
Used, open-box and scratch-and-dent home appliances from brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, Frigidaire and Maytag — refrigerators, washers, dryers, washer-dryer sets, ranges, dishwashers and microwaves. Every unit is cleaned and tested in our Orlando shop before it's sold.
Do your appliances come with a warranty?
Yes. Used appliances include a 3-month warranty and new or open-box appliances include a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers repair or exchange. You can also add a 1-year protection plan administered by CPS for $69.95 per appliance — parts and labor, $99 deductible per claim.
Do you deliver, and how fast?
Yes — next-day delivery is available up to 95 miles from Orlando, including Kissimmee, Sanford, Lakeland and Daytona Beach. Delivery is calculated by distance from our Orlando showroom: up to 15 miles $50, 16–30 miles $70, 31–50 miles $85, 51–70 miles $95, 71–95 miles $125. What does the CPS protection plan cover?
The optional 1-year protection plan ($69.95 per appliance) covers parts and labor on major appliances for one year from the date of purchase. We handle the first 30 days and CPS administers the plan from day 31. Each claim has a $99 deductible.
Can you haul away my old appliance or install the new one?
Yes. Haul-away of your old appliance is $30. Dishwasher and microwave installation is $80. Our own crew does both.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes. Pickup is at our showroom, 1902 Monte Carlo Trl, Ste 10, Orlando, FL 32805. Hours: Mon–Sat 9:00–5:30, Sun 10:00–4:00.
Do you offer financing or pay over time?
Yes. At checkout you can choose Affirm or Klarna to pay over time on orders of $50 or more, subject to approval. Card payments are processed by Square.
What's the difference between used, open-box and scratch-and-dent?
Used appliances were previously owned and are refurbished and tested by us. Open-box units are new appliances that were returned or displayed. Scratch-and-dent units are new with cosmetic marks only. Each listing shows the exact condition and photos of the actual unit.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final with no refunds. If something goes wrong during the warranty period, we repair or exchange it.
Do you work with property managers, landlords and Airbnb hosts?
Yes. We handle multi-unit orders with delivery, installation and haul-away on one invoice. Request a trade quote on our Property Managers page and we respond within one business day.
Is the inventory on the website up to date?
Yes. The website pulls live from our store inventory, so items shown are in stock at our Orlando showroom. Most appliances are single units, so they sell quickly.
