Warranty, delivery & policies

Warranty

All used appliances include a 3-month warranty. New and open-box appliances include a 1-year warranty. Warranty covers repair or exchange. An extra year of coverage is available for $50 per appliance.

Delivery, installation & haul-away

Next-day delivery is available across the Orlando area — we'll call to confirm your window. Haul-away of your old appliance is $30. Dishwasher and microwave installation is $80. Pickup is available at our showroom, 1902 Monte Carlo Trl, Ste 10, Orlando.

Returns

All sales are final — no refunds. If something goes wrong within the warranty period, we repair or exchange it.

Privacy

We use your contact details only to process and deliver your order and to answer your requests. Payments are handled by Square; we never see or store your card number.
