How fast can you replace a broken appliance in my rental?
Most orders are delivered the next day across Central Florida, including Kissimmee, Davenport, Celebration and Orlando. Send us the unit and what broke and we quote from in-stock appliances within one business day — often the same day.
Can you coordinate delivery with my cleaner or on-site contact?
Yes. After you order we call or text to confirm the delivery window, and we can coordinate it with your cleaner or on-site contact.
Do you install and take away the old appliance?
Yes. Our own crew delivers and hauls away the old appliance for $30. Dishwasher and microwave installation is $80.
What warranty do the appliances have?
Used appliances include a 3-month warranty and new or open-box appliances include a 1-year warranty, covering repair or exchange. You can add a 1-year CPS protection plan for $69.95 per appliance ($99 deductible per claim).
Can I furnish several properties on one invoice?
Yes. We handle multi-unit orders — matching colors and sizes where we have them — with delivery, installation and haul-away on one invoice.
